The LH18-I model PLC full automatic on-line continuous slag separator is a particular slag equipment of our company, which solves such shortcomings as the incomplete slag separation of natural sedimentation. This feature is especially helpful for separating minute slag from phosphorizated liquor in intermittent perch sedimentation slag separation and continuous inclined board sedimentation.

It is the compulsive continuous filtration slag separation equipment of the new generation, developed and manufactured by our company on the basis of Japanese original slag separator. Its slag separation is complete and a fully automatic program controls the entire procedure of slag separation and separating fluid.

The PLC full automatic on-line continuous slag separator is composed of upper and lower stainless steel sealed cavities, a pneumatic lifting machine, an automatic filter cloth moving machine, a stainless steel chemical pump, a pneumatic fluid separator & shingling equipment, scraping and receiving unit and PLC full automatic programmed electric control system.
