The excess powder
in the bottom of spraying room and the recovery system is
transported to the automatic powder sieve to sift through
the system. After the recovered powder is isolated, powder
with big granules and impurities are sifted out, then the
reusable powder is mixed with fluid and with new powder, then
supplied to the spray gun system. Such to-and-fro circulation
increases the powder’s utilization ratio, an economic feature
which reduces production cost and decreases atmospheric pollution.
